We should ship 3000 pcs HU234 by one container as per our agreement instead of consolidate them with our (other) goods in one 40' container. However, our goods are only 12cbm, the customer did not accept for this LCL shipment and requested us to consolidate them with your goods into one container, this will help them more convenience for customs clearance for the goods import to .
The difference transportation cost for one container and consolidation arrangement you raised is USD50.00. But this cost can be cover from THC charge, because we will calculate them by portion, we would like to show you the details, as below:
container: USD700.00
Consolidation by 1x container: USD750.00
Difference cost for the transportation: USD50.00
THC charge for : USD80.00
The THC charge for container: USD30.00 (based on your portion 28 cbm x USDxx = USD30.00 )
The difference cost between these two figure is USD50.00 which is the same cost as your raised
