00The Safety Committee consists of 12 members from various departments.02br

00Each safety committee member is issue with a safety committee card. Prior to our monthly meeting, two members would go around our premises to identify potential hazards. A hazard is a condition with the potential of causing injury, damaging equipment or lessening the ability to perform a prescribed function. During the safety committee meeting, all unsafe acts will be discussed and a check list with corrective actions will be posted at the notice board. We seek the co-operation of all the department to rectified the problems within the defined date.02br
