Could -- Can : Could is used in the past tense. Here, the proper structure of the sentence would be to write it in present tense.
Could -- Would : Could is used to show ability, and is used as a rather mild request (Example: You could have thrown it outside) whereas Would is used as a more firm request.
And we could received -- So we can receive : Improper usage of tenses. The sentence should be in simple future tense.
