Upon we received a request from the client through Mr. Simon , I contacted M/s.XXXX and asked them to do the site inspection and send us a quotation. But the delivery time was not acceptable to us as it was 4 - 6 weeks from order confirmation.
As a second option, I contacted M/s. XXXx to do the same work. As per Client's program, they came to the site for site survey for two days, but they didn't get the site access. Then I asked Mr. X(Maintenance team - Manager)) to inform us when the site access is ready, but still they didn't come back to us.
Also, note that I also reported to Mr. Simon regaring this subject day to day basis
