a1. It was a good decision that I quit the job. (If I really quit the job)

b1. It was a good decision that I was going to quit the job. (If I didn't quit the job, even though I once made up my mind to quit it)

a2. I was so proud as soon as I realized what that said about me.

a3. It was good that I enjoyed the summer vacation at the beach.

Which interpretations are correct?
