Based on this contract, the borrower explicitly allows the bank to use, keep and process all the information on this contract and the borrower himself obtained in business relationship between the borrower and the bank, and to export this information to other companies within the XY BANK group and other companies that are related to the bank in the sense of the Banking Act, as well as to the insurance companies and agency from the article 6, point 2 and from the article 4 of this contract. The bank can also demand this information from the related companies, and has the right to demand, obtain, and give them to the companies that are engaged in determination of credit rating and financial discipline.
