Please check the mistakes
Dear sir/madam,
Hello, I bought this product from your store on 14th august,2015. But after using this product for one week I realise that the product is getting hot after using more or less 45minutes. This heat is most uncomfortable while I am keeping it in my pocket. I made a contact with the manufacturer to resolve this issue but it didn't work, so they further advice me to go for a replacement as the heat may be causing due to faulty battery. This product suppose to get hot but not this much. I already have a same product which works fine without any abnormal issue. So I expect you to send me the replacement as soon as possible. If I am not reachable on phone the send me a mail.
I wish you resolve my claim soon.
