Please advice to write to leader of the program

hi everyone,

i applyed for the university for master , but for some reason the leader didnt accept my application ( thy said your application wasnt secced ) i want to write back to the leader in a nice way saying that way my application wasnt secced , and if possilbe to applay again,

also i want to say that i have finish my degree with 2nd hounr degree i got 4.5/5 and i have a good experence , i was teatcheing at the university in my countary , and i want to mention that i am intarnotonal students and my university send me to countu ne study master in the same supject

i have finish my degree in my countary in early childhood education and i want to countanu study master in same supjuct,

please advice me what to write it in a nice way that make the leader of the program take a second look at my application ,
