Pleaase help correct the presentation

I'm preparing a power point presentation to introduce a language school. Please help me correct the phrases below in terms of grammar and word choice.

The school has been the pioneer in and proud of:
- applying international methods of teaching and learning.
- teacher competencies.
- the numbers of teaching hours of native teachers.
- course books used.
- tests conducted online
- online academic training management.
- effective method of consulting
- wealth of worldwide extra activities.

First, is the school the single pioneer or one of many ( a pioneer)? Second, are you talking about introducing (pioneering) an item or about having the most or best quality of an item (these are not the same). ) I also took out the periods after each item as they are all part of the same sentence (a comma would go there if that pause has not been replaced by having each item on its own powerpoint page).

First, is the school the single pioneer or one of many (a pioneer)?
Second, are you talking about introducing (pioneering) an item or about having the most or best quality of an item (these are not the same).
Finally, you need to put all of the items in the same grammatical form/ (I picked gerunds as more active than simple nouns.)
