Phrase to describe...

On an advertising rate card, what would be a good phrase to explain that the price depends on costs and other variables?

'To be confirmed/determined' doesn't sound right, nor does 'to be negotiated' (because the price may or may not be negotiable)...

Thanks

"Price on application" is a phrase sometimes used when the pricing method is too complicated or arbitrary to document. Someone may be able to think of something better though.

Not a phrase I am familiar with, nor the one I was trying to think of. Nevertheless, good ol' Wiki confirmed this is exactly the term I'm after.

Much appreciated.
