Dear Teachers,
1. He's the one who has been teased but doesn't get cross.
- What does "get cross" mean here?
2. What does "snap out of it" mean?
3. He doesn't give you a rat's ass if you have expectations.
- What does "rat's ass" mean here?
4. I need some input on a difficult situation.
- "input" here means "advice", right?
5. He really got me wrong, and I wanted to patch things up.
- "patch things up" here means "settle things temporary", right?
