I want to say "I have developed and led a group"

I want past tense

Present Perfect = 'I have led'.

Simple Past = 'I led'.



I hope your context shows what you mean by 'develop a group'.

led is correct. As far as I know, the only two verbs in "ead" that have the same spelling in the present, past, and past participle are "read" and "spread".

("lead" and "plead" drop the "a".)
