Past and present tense as well as SVA
Hi, I would like to ask 2 questions.The first one would be on the use of present/tense tense. The second one is one SVA.
Local companies, which depended on overseas labor markets to run their factories, produce a distant rapport with their subordinates.
Do I use depend/depended.
I use depended because it has happened.
Do I use produce/produced? I am not sure over this answer?
If present tense is being used, the verb would be in plural form because of the subject(local companies).

Hello, Jennifer. If they still depend, use 'depend'; if they no longer depend, use 'depended'.
