Q) I've never seen this kind of participle phrase if it's participle phrase.
Is the subject in the subordinate clause "the study conducted by The Caratini Business Center" omitted in the main clause "Though far from exhaustive"? i.e. "Though the study conducted by The Caratini Business Center far from (being) exhaustive, the study conducted by The Caratini Business Center identifies some of the issues affecting business decisions in small companies."
