Hi Fadysandy:
"Another" often means "one more," or a "different one." Another is not plural.

I'll have another cookie, please. (I want one more cookie.)
I don't like the school I'm in. I'd like to go to another school.

"Other" means "not this one," or "not these" (plural)

They are a strange pair. One always says "Hello", and the other says "Goo
