Ordinary vs run of the mill
Which is correct?
1 We can't sacrifice his life. He's not just ordinary government agent/run of the mill agent. He's the best we got.
Does this mean 2 different things?
1 She's the prettiest in season 2.
first meaning: she's the prettiest character in season 2.
2nd meaning: she's the prettiest in season 2 compared to all the other seasons. (she's looking her best.)
How would you say the bold part? COMPARED TO ALL THE OTHER SEASONS/IN RELATION TO?
Does it even make sense?
