The first three are all feasible although I prefer number 2. Number 4 is grammatically incorrect.

"once", "as soon as", "when" cannot be followed by a future; you can use either present or present perfect, not future (when the whole sentence refers to to future, of course; the future in the main clause conveys the meaning).
