Is it more idiomatic to say "Nothing good is going on on TV at the moment" than "Nothing good is on TV at the moment" ?
The first sentence seems more grammatically correct, doesn't it ?

Debpriya De Is it more idiomatic to say "Nothing good is going on on TV at the moment" than "Nothing good is on TV at the moment" ? There are equally idiomatic, but neither is really very idiomatic. There's nothing good on TV right now.
