Omitting the subject
Hello,
I know that we can omit the subject of a sentence in informal speech.
Would such exemplary sentences be correct in a note left for a friend?
Sorry. Am ill. Have to stay in bed and sleep a lot. Can go to the theatre some other time. Need to rest.
In general, do such sentences work?
Had good time in Paris? (Did you have good time in Paris?)
Need to go. (I need to go).

They are all fine in informal notes to a friend except 'had good time in Paris?' I think we'd be write 'Have a good time in Paris?'
