Official letter

Hi all,I'd like to ask you for some help. I just wrote a letter, but I cannot decide if it's correct or not. Would you please help me?:)
So the letter is:

Dear ..,

A few days ago a friend of mine sent an e-mail to me, including your post on facebook 'We're looking to employ Chinese speakers. If you know of anyone please ask them to get in touch'. I woud like to ask you if you're still looking for someone and also to get some informations about the job, because I speak Chinese, English and a tiny bit of Malgas (my partner is from Madagascar).
I'm Chinese and currently living and studying in Beijing, hence the earliest I could get in touch with you in real life is the beginning of July.

In the meantime, I would appreciate it if you would send me more information about the positions.
