'of' vs. 'by' the awarding body

I'm a Registered Nurse by NAP.I'm a Registered Nurse of NAP.1.  Could you please advise which preposition is correct above?2.  If both are possible, any difference?3.  If I want to convey that NAP is the awarding body, should I use 'by' instead of 'of'?  In my opinion, 'of' sounds like I'm working as a nurse for NAP.Thank you in advance for your help.

Where I live, I think a nurse would just say 'I'm a Registered Nurse'. Most people don't care about the name of the body that registers nurses. and the people that care already know.

If I really wanted to mention it, I'd say
eg I'm a nurse. I'm registered with the NAP.

Here are a couple of examples of preposition usage.

Tom registered with the NAP.
Tom was certified by the NAP.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant .by the ACCA? No.
Tom is a Certified Public Accountant . Here, 'Ceritfied' is part of his title.

Tom is an accountant certified by the ACCA. Here, certified is just used as an ordinary adjective.

Also, is it fine to omit 'the' No.

In my opinion, that's something that needs a long explanation. And even at the end, there would be lots of exceptions. I'd prefer to say this is something that is quite idiomatic.

With university abbreviations like that, the 'the' does seem to be commonly omitted. eg Tom went to UCLA.
But with lots of other abbreviations, it often is not. eg
the UK the US the FBI the UN

That's why I said 'the ACCA'.

One factor that I suspect influences what is said is whether the word 'the' is actually part of the institution's official name. But, as I said, it's rather idiomatic.

Doesn't sound natural, in particular the repetition of the word 'certified'.

I'm a Certified Public Accountant as awarded by the ACCA.
The word 'awarded' is not correct here.

If none, could you please suggest one sentence with the title and the awarding body?
Perhaps 'I'm an ACCA Certified Public Accountant'.
But, as I told you at the beginning, it doesn't seem natural to me to mention the ACCA in the sentence.

Here's a more general comment.
In a resume format, you should not be writing such infomation in the form of complete first-person sentences.
Just have an 'Education and Qualifications' section, and say there, eg

Certified Public Accountant (ACCA 2003)
