Need Help writing a Thesis Statement for 'The Scarlet Ibis'
I need quite a lot of help getting started with this essay. I need a thesis statement for the short story The Scarlet Ibis by James Hurst.
I was thinking something that shows change in the narrator throught the story. Quite frankly, I'm confused whether I should state the book title and author in the thesis or not. And, I cannot seem to get a sentance together. I've tried for three days in a row, without prevail.

Sorry, I don't know the story. A thesis sentence, however, does not need title and author. It is a short statement of what you intend to talk about in your essay.
