Need help - Letter correction

0I have got reply from one of the professor saying, he is ready to offer me a PhD position.02br
00But as of now he doesn't have money, he directed me to go through one website which is having02br

00list of funding organisation agents. I have gone through the website. But before applying for the schalorship02br
00I need to write small research proposal because it is mandatory to fill in the application form.02br
00So I would like to request the Professor to sent me the pertinent papers to write proposal.02br
