0 This is an email I am going to write to my manager for requesting a new computer. I am not a good writer, so please go ahead to correct it. Any advices are welcomed. 02br 02br 00Thanks in advance. 02br 02br 00September 02br 02br 00*** 02br 00Request for a new computer 02br 02br 00Hi ***, 02br 02br 00I am writing this letter to request for a new computer. 02br 02br 00As you know, I work on a computer at least five years old. With the continually slowing speed and memory issues I am encountering, I have concerns that how long the machine will be reliably functional. The old system has Windows 98. When my computer crashed, it took much more time for technicians to fix it, since they are working with new system (Windows 2000/XP) now. And I asked about shifting systems, they told me, the attempt to install a new system would create more problems than it solved. 02br 02br 00I certainly understand the desire and need to cut cost, but computers have become a primary working tool and essential for daily communications. And I can be more productive if I have a fast computer. 02br 02br 00Please consider my application. Thank you. 02br 02br 00September 02br 00*** 0-
