Natural? Punctuation

This guy came to see me yesterday. He's been coming for three weeks. While I was treating him we were talking, and he told me that the adjustments really had helped him. In fact he felt close to being pain free, so I was very happy to hear that.

Is it natural and is the punctuation ok?
