- Wow! It means that I'm not qualified to be a good friend to my present friends in South Korea.

For "my present friends",

Do I have to write "my friends at present" or "my recent friends"?

Is the expression "my present friends" wrong? Thank you in advance for your teaching.

But why not just say my friends?
