I have a little notebook filled with happy thoughts,
And when I am feeling low, I take it out of the drawer.
I sit with it by the window where the sun streams in.
I open my little notebook and read the words within,
It's not long before it happens that my spirits begin to soar,
And all the sadness that I am feeling flies out of the door.
I love my little notebook it's very precious to me.
If I were to lose my little notebook with all its golden words,
It would be like losing my very bestfriend.
So I keep my little notebook in a very special place,
A drawer within a drawer with all my cherished things.
