On board a bullet train from Seoul to Busan, a zombie virus outbreaks. A middle-aged man, Seok-woo, has to fight for his and his daughter's survival - until he realizes that he has been infected.
Long plot
Seok-woo, a recently divorced fund manager, boards a Busan bullet train with his daughter to visit his mother. Every passenger is enjoying their ride, until a spasmodic young woman boards on the train and brings an incurable virus that turns most of them into zombies. As Seok-woo fights the zombies off and struggles for survival, he fights all his means for his little girl and her safety - until he realizes that he gets bitten by a zombie.
