Motivational Letter for a denied Visa

Hi Everybody.I really need some assistance. I recently applied for an American seasonal work visa (H2B) but was unfortunately denied because the telephone number on the letter head was non existent, (I cant believe it either). I am attempting to reapply for the visa and must provide an accompanying motivational letter. I am from South Africa and am going to america to work in a country club, I have been there once before last year for 6 months.I am well aware that this in not a letter writing service but was just wondering if the following issues/points are relevant to be incuded in the letter.* I am a recent graduated from University and hold a BCom Marketing Management degree* I hold a british passport (my parents are british) and thus have no intention of immigrating* Perhaps explain that there was a misunderstanding regarding the telephone number on the letter head and reiterate the fact that I am currently working for this company (on a part time basis) and will be returning to them to be employed in a full capacity.* I was issued an american visa before and returned within the allotted period* Perhaps finish off by saying that I enjoyed the diversity and cultural richness of the country and I want to bring the international "experience" and skill to be implemented into my current occupation in South Africa.I need to process this within the next day or two, please can anyone assist me urgently. Interacting with people of various cultures and backgrounds in terms of providing customer service as well as obtaining a comprehensive view of the diversity offered internationally is my motivation for working in . At XXXXXXXXXXXX one has the opportunity to share international experience within a team and thus the role of a server can be broken down as being able to develop and offer support and services whilst gaining a global degree of professionalism and knowledge in many aspects.

Binky - Good job! I have made some suggestions for your letter. It is better to keep things direct and simple, rather than using complex sentences which are harder to read.
