Motivation letter

Hello everybody,

I've just finished writing a motivation letter. I read it so many times, that I don't see mistakes anymore and what else should I improve in this letter. I would really appreciate if someone would check it and give me some advices about the structure and grammar.
Thank you
Dasha

Dear Sir/Madam,

Having a flair for marketing and aiming at an international career in a multinational company in the future, I would like to apply for an internship in Marketing department in your company.
Currently I'm a 3rd year student at ...(Name) University in ...(City). I will be graduated with bachelor's degree in International Business and Management Studies (IBMS) in June 2011. Moreover in June 2007 I graduated from Institute of ...(Name) in Moscow, where I obtained a degree in TV and radio journalism.
Part of my studies at ...(Name) University is a practical term of 22 weeks, when students work in a company of their choice. I believe that internship in your company can provide me a rare opportunity for gaining the valuable practical experience that I'm looking for.
At ...(Name) University and in Institute of...(Name) in Moscow I often had the opportunity to work as part of a team, which I really enjoyed. This teamwork at ...(Name) University included, for example, writing a business plan or market research plan for a company. Besides team work, I have also proven very capable at working as an individual, receiving strong grades for assignments and presentations alike.
During my study at ...(Name) University I had an opportunity for a temporary part-time job for "...(Name)", a Greek Real Estate Agency. I was responsible for selecting Russian partners and establishing relationships with them. This job also included translating promoting information about ...(Name) and its property, preparing Russian-English agreements between ...(Name) and Russian partners, negotiating about them and communicating with Russian potential clients.
In Moscow I've got solid practical experience in the field of journalism with a wide variety of companies: Publishing House ...(Name), TV channel ...(Name), Publishing house "...(Name)". I started working as a journalist while doing the 1st year of my study. At the moment of my graduation I had 5 years of non-stop working experience and a full-time job in daily newspaper in the business and finance department as a correspondent, specialised on Russian real estate market. Besides that, I was doing freelance job for various real estate agencies in the field of pr-management and making corporate films for several companies.
Working as a journalist and taking part in a pr-management team improved my creativity and organizational skills drastically. Additionally my work gave me many opportunities to challenge my strengths and weaknesses.
I think that I am a good communicator and can easily establish relationships. I have an enthusiastic, flexible and energetic personality.
My resume contains additional information on my experiences and skills. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my candidacy with you. I can be available for an interview any time at your convenience.
