The following words and phrases need repair: 02br 02br 00providing 02br 00thanks of 02br 00organization 02br 00perfect -- this is a good word, but unbelievable; choose another 02br 00although 02br 00a new surrounding -- should be plural, but is not a point to be put forward in a motivation letter anyway. 02br 0021/2 02br 00following-up 02br 00hold -- this is a verb; the other items in your list are nouns (or are trying to be) 02br 00und -- oops!
