Motivation and description letter, pls help
please help
i need to replay as short as possible in two questiones, what do you think about this?
description of motivation:
Since 1998 I’ve been working in different organizations on a various projects. From the very beginning I was fascinated with the projects’ magnitude and importance for the society and I was proud to work in those projects. It is rewarding to see the ideas outlined in the initial project papers convert into reality, and to realize that I am a part of this process. Recently I’m deeply involved in drafting and implementation of various projects for the regional center were I feel urge to get better insight into advanced project cycle management. Accomplishing this advanced training will enable me to achieve a broader knowledge on development issues and project management.INFOLINKS_STOP>

In the last two years I have been deeply involved in project drafting and implementing, also coordinating projects at the regional level. An advanced training on “Project Cycle Management” will strengthen my professional position and the mission will benefit as well.
