Motherline breeding
Hello together,
I am writing a mail about dog breeding and I have got a question concerning the following sentence:
Since then, they kept their own pure Motherline, what means that they have an uninterrupted chain of breeding with a female, her daughter, her granddaughter and so on.
Is this correct? Could a native speaker understand what I would like to express? And if not, how would it be more understandable?
