I am not certain if this sentence has a misplaced part or if it is a run-on. Can you please help me?

Do you see the pretty girl standing next to the car with the red boots on?

Or should it read: Do you see the pretty girl with the red boots on, standing next to the car? (Misplaced part)

Or could if possiblly be a fragment? What about the girl?
