Hello,
I need help with mile long expression - if I say a "mile long beach" does that mean the beach is one mile long or taht it could be several miles long? I need an expression that means "a very long beach".

Hi, you can use "mile-long". With a hyphen between the two words. Then it means that the beach is several miles long.

You don't just want to say 'It's a very long beach?'
There are lots of other choices.
eg The beach goes on for miles.
