Meaning of 'done-went'?

[nq:1]I think it's regional/class. Not that common, but if I hear someone local (NW Durham) say: "I done went and..." it doesn't surprise me. It seems to be used to re-emphasis an action. However, I'd agree with Einde in the example quoted.[/nq]
