Looking for a word

Hi.

I am looking for a noun or an adjective which describes something that definitely happen.

As I can remember the context was sth similar to this:

Ex. I will kill you, it is not a warning but. . .

I would be grateful if you could tell what ever you can think of for that context canveying the cited meaning.
