Little Email sent for spontaneous application (Help please!)

Question

Hi everyone,

I'm currently seeking for new job opportunities, so I send some spontaneous applications by email, with CV and Covering letter enclosed.

The fact is that I'm not totally confortable with the email I wrote for this occasion. Here is the main lines :

"Dear Mr XXXX, I am pleased to present my spontaneous application for an internship (or contract, depending on your needs) as XXX. After 4 years in the Pharmaceutical, I am considering a new step in my career with the objective to [.....]. I am wondering whether you could give me an appointment to give me the opportunity to convince you that I might be the right person for the right internship/position. In this regard, you will find enclosed my resume and my application letter. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further details. I thank you in advance, Mr XXX, for your consideration of my enthusiasm to work at XXX. Yours faithfully,"

Could you help me improving this email ? Did I write some non-English sentences ?
