Letter to university to add more information!
Hi all,
I sent my UCAS application to my chosen universities, but I forgot to include my IELTS score which I took in 2003 as I want to retake it soon.
My subject for the email is : Applicant 05-040035-3 : IELTS score!
Here is the content of the email
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you because I would like to give you some additional information apart from my UCAS application form.
My application number is : 05-040035-3
My full name is : Nguyen Thi Quynh Phuong
Date of birth : 15/07/1986
I am very sorry for not including the IELTS score I took in May, 2003 in Vietnam as after going to UK, I intend to retake to improve it.
However, I think it would be helpful for you to access my application.
The following are details about the IELTS result :
Overall band : 7.0
Writing score : 7.0
Speaking score : 7.0
Listening score : 6.5
Reading score : 6.5
