Letter to DEAN pls. help urgent

Question

Hi I currently passed the Graduate School Exam, and I choose the Master in Public Administration Program (MPA). I Am a graduate of BS in Accountancy program. And here is my problem, my degree is not align to MPA program and I need to take another 18 units for me to continue my master's degree,, but they have also Master In Business Administration (MBA) program, if I choose MBA, there's no need for me to take another 18 units.. but before that, I will need to make a letter to DEAN requesting to transfer from MPA to MBA and give a valid reason, I actually like MPA but because of my current situation, I'm working, I think it will be hard for me to take the Masteral Program and at the same time the 18 units required in the MPA.

Pls. help me to make a letter. PLS..........

I took the PUPGSEE for the Academic Year 2012-2013 and passed my first choice of course under Master in Public Administration and I already confirmed the course through the website. I am a graduate of BS in Accountancy and would like to pursue my Master’s degree in this university
However, I have come to believe that the Master in Business Administration program would be a better fit for my aptitude and interests. Therefore, I am writing to request that I be allowed to transfer to the MBA program.
I am a graduate of BS in Accountancy and would like to pursue my Master’s degree in this university
