Letter to attorney about Job

Hi,

I am from USA. I came here in February on a company name called 'X' on H1B work visa (I am sorry I don't want to mention company name)

I was with that X company for about 3 months. During that period I don't have any job and I haven't get paid and they didn't run Payroll on my name.

In June I changed to employed 'Y'.

So, Attorney from company 'Y' wants a explanation letter from me what happened while I was employed by company 'X'. Actually nothing happned, they tried and I tried to get a job and either I or that company could't make it..

My question is, How to explain this to my Attorney in a proper way? I need a 8-10 lines letter mentioning my issue.. Can anybody help me in writhing it? I am bit poor in english( I hope you people understand after reading my post).

Please help me in writhing this letter.

No sorry I thought I added a comment. I just showed you some mistakes no to do the same ones in your letter. First write your own letter so we can correct it.
