Letter request for annual leave pay in advance

kindly revise please asap..need help





Dear Sir,



Thank you for granting my annual leave on 22nd April 2010 until 28th May 2010 as part of my employment as position with (company name). In relation to this, I would like to request to receive my annual leave pay in advance and also my salary for the month of April. I would be grateful if you could grant this request at your earliest convenience.



I appreciate your consideration of my request and look forward to your earliest response.

Ask for two things explicitly in one letter: approval of your annual leave dates, and payment of your leave salary before you depart. State the dates, the advance-payment deadline, and who covers your duties.

Editor's note

State your leave dates and total days.

Request the leave salary in advance, with a payment-by date.

Give a reason (travel is the usual one) — one line.

Name who covers your duties.

Include your employee ID for HR processing.

I am assuming that you are writing to a supervisor in the company from which you are taking a leave of absence. If you are an employee of that company, there is no need to name it. If you wish to name your position (and the department you work in?), I've provided for that. My version of your letter follows.
