Letter of Sponsorship for a gaming event

0 I need to write a letter to a few sponsors requesting them to help me make this event a success as there is alot of potential in the gamers out here but not much is done to let them improvise and reach the national and international level, also that they have to order computer accessories from other states in India to get the state of the art equipments which could be readily available here if we would sell them and as it would benefit them as distributor and us as dealers. also some of the sponsors could put up stalls if required. 0-
