When used in the idiomatic sense that I believe you intend (e.g. "I haven't got a bicycle, still less / let alone a car"), they have near enough the same meaning. "let alone" feels more informal. There are plenty of other cases where they are not interchangeable in meaning or not even grammatically substitutable.
