"knock over" usage in this sentence
Dear teachers,
Would you help me with a scenario happened in an elevator the other day? I couldn't find a verb to describe a purposely act?
I was in an elevator with a father and a little baby son. I was holding an ice-cream cone in my one hand and grocery bag in my other hand, and the father was holding his squalling son in his arms, so my ice-cream cone had the same level to his son. A while later, he purposely slammed his hand on my ice-cream cone and it fell on/to the floor of the elevator. Then he gave me this "hmm, hmm"
Would the following saying correct and natural?
- The little baby knocked over my ice-cream cone to the floor.
- The little baby slammed my ice-cream in /onto the floor.
- The little baby attacked/came at my ice-cream and it fell to/on the floor.
What would a natural way to express this act?

He kept hitting his father and when when he turned around and saw my ice cream cone, he lost his temper and hit (?)my ice cream.
