Dedicating my life to improve the life of others is very appealing to me. The desire to help people is what made me pursue a medical study. I plan on advancing to medical school to become a physician. My country, Sudan, has been going through many crisis. The health crisis is one of the biggest issues people are dealing with up to date. With my medical career I want to serve the healthcare system in the country. I want to be able to contribute to help the most needed and suffering in all parts of Sudan. The university I am currently enrolled in, Ahfad University for Women, is serving a great deal in training their medical students to provide the appropriate medical help for the communities in rural areas and war and natural disaster victims. In addition to the community medicine studies which is fundamental in the curriculum of the school. I am very thankful to be part of AUW medical school and I want to proceed in my ambition to be a better doctor and serve my community.
