Hello, I'm a English learner from Taiwan. I'm really confused about "just" and "only". What's the different between them? And how to use them? I'm not sure wheather my grammar is correct or not. I hope you can understand my English, and thank you.

Sometimes "only" and "just" mean the same thing. I saw her [only / just] last week. There are [only / just] two desserts left.
