Just one, short sentence

Howdy,
1) Is this sentence 100% correct English?

2) Is as OK here?
3) What about the difference between which day I'll join you and which day I'll be joining you?

Right now I can't say much about it as something unexpected has come up and I don't know which day I'll be able to join you. "Force majeure" so to speak.

Thanks!
