It's just as you please

The protagonist, Philip moved in with his uncle Mr. Carey, the Vicar of Blackstable after his mother's death.
He goes to the medical school St. Luke's in London.
He fell for the waitress Mildred. He went out with her, but she didn't like him.
She told him she is marrying during the dinning.

Philip felt dreadfully tired. He wanted to get away from her. He thought he would go straight to bed. He called for the bill.
"I'll put you in a cab and send you down to Victoria. I daresay you won't have to wait long for a train."
"Won't you come with me?"
"I think I'd rather not if you don't mind."
"It's just as you please," she answered haughtily. "I suppose I shall see you at tea-time tomorrow?"

I'd like to know what "It's just as you please" means.
