it this sentence correct?
"Once you have earned $10, you'll be able to withdraw the money to your PayPal account. "
or should I say :
"Once you have $10 in your balance, you'll be able to withdraw the money to your PayPal account."
Doesn't this sentence sound weird?

Both are unnatural. We normally withdraw money from an account.
